I've been a resident since Oct 2009. I have had so many problems with pest control I cannot begin to count. I'm trying to stick it out because I'm not one to do a whole lot of complaining or nor do I like to move every year, so I'm trying to hang in there to see if things will get better. We'll see in a couple of months when I reach my two years. The location is near 285/85/Hwy 78, so it's great for travel. The staff is great, but they do need to remodel some of the units.

We do work with a contracted Pest Control company who services all buildings througout the year, both interior and exterior. In addition, we offer a weekly call back service to handle any specific problems.

 I would recommend these apartments to anyone really. The only major issues I've had here is I've had a problem with roaches in the kitchen and the maintenance people are pretty slow when it comes to service requests. But all in all, it's a fairly quiet place and I feel safe here so it fits me well!

I live in one of the 2 bdrm townhouses, and I love it! "Love it" as in my own unit. My particular unit is in a nice location, and I have a little privacy. However, I have yet to have a pleasant experience with the manager. The people in the office, are great though. Maintenance is kind of slow, and they never called me back after using the emergency line. Luckily I've never really NEEDED them. We have also been alerted about a few "incidences" in the neighborhood. I don't see that anything is being done to prevent them (like making sure the gates are operational and safe!!). It seems that our saftety is being left in our own hands.
