Christopher C. Finlay
Managing Principal
Chris is a founding member of Mission Residential, LLC. Chris has more than 16 years of experience in real estate development and finance. Prior to co-founding Mission Residential, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Finlay Development, LLC, from 2002 to 2004, a national fully integrated real estate development company focused on affordable and middle market housing. Prior to joining Finlay Development, from 1998 to 2002, he founded and ran his own businesses including Forward Capital, Inc., a real estate investment company that accumulated equity interests in over 90 properties nationwide. Chris' prior experiences include three years, from 1996 to 1998, at First Union Securities in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group where he executed over $2 billion in principal underwritings and private placements for institutional real estate clients, particularly REITs and opportunity funds. Chris began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in its Structured Finance Group. He served seven years in the United States Marine Corps and graduated with Honors from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. Chris is on the Board of Directors Member of the National Multi Housing Council, and is a founder and board member of the National Land Conservancy Foundation.

Joseph A. Amatangelo
Chief Operating Officer
Joe brings 21 years of hands-on experience in accounting and management functions in various companies and business lines with over 17 years experience in real estate/property management. His responsibilities include overseeing all finance, accounting, information systems, human resources, strategic planning and management reporting for Mission. Prior to joining Mission Residential, Joe served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kettler, Inc. and Kettler Management in Vienna, Virginia, one of the top 20 multifamily development and management companies in the country where he was responsible for human resources, accounting, finance and information systems. His proven achievements have assisted companies in linking the accounting and finance functions with operational policies and procedures to efficiently manage growth and accomplish company objectives. Joe's core strengths lie in being able to analyze situations quickly and develop successful strategies to achieve rapid improvement and profitability. A graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he received a Bachelors degree in accounting in 1986 and is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland.

Jeffrey A. Goldshine
President - Mission Residential Management
Jeff Goldshine brings over 30 years of multifamily property management experience. Mr. Goldshine leads all property management operations for Mission Residential Management. Prior to joining Mission Residential Management, Mr. Goldshine was the Chief Operating Officer of Stellar Realty Management Inc. Before joining Stellar, he was Sr. Vice President /Director of Management-Operations for CAPREIT in Rockville, MD, overseeing the management of 12,000 apartment homes across 50 communities in the Southwest, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Additionally, he served as a leader in tactics, policies and organizational culture designed to continually optimize associate performance and maximize portfolio net operating income. Prior to CAPREIT, Mr. Goldshine was co-founder and served as President of Artery Property Management, Inc. During his tenure at Artery, Mr. Goldshine served a multitude of responsibilities, including Asset Management and Property Management of 13,000 apartment homes.
Mr. Goldshine is nationally recognized as a forward thinking leader within the multifamily industry. He has been a featured speaker, moderator and panelist on Property Management issues pertaining to technology, management, problem-solving, human resources, product management and various other subjects at both local and national apartment industry conferences. During his tenured career, Mr. Goldshine has pioneered the use of call-center technology, resident background screening, a branded approach to marketing/advertisement, and unique apartment home renovations.
Mr. Goldshine received his B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University and has also earned his CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Corey Gibson
Senior Vice President Capital Markets
Corey brings over 14 years of professional financial and accounting experience to Mission Residential, LLC. After serving as the company's Controller, Corey has taken on the position of Vice President Capital Markets. In this new position, he is responsible for the nurturing and developing lending relationships, overseeing deal closings, and implementing strategic policies and procedures. Prior to joining Mission Residential, he was Controller and Chief Administrative Officer for Gettleson, Witzer & Company from 2000 to 2005, a Los Angeles regional tax and accounting consulting firm, where he was responsible for all company operations, policies & procedures development and implementation, and accounting staff oversight. Prior to Gettleson, Witzer & Company, he was a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP, from 1998 to 2000, working in the Business Management Group where he directed all aspects of accounting for over 275 business management engagements. Prior to Ernst & Young, he was a Foreign Currency Account Executive at Welink, Inc. from 1996 to 1998, where he developed unique trading strategies for the foreign currency markets. He began his career at the National Association of Convenience Stores from 1993 to 1995, where he was the Assistant Controller and handled the day-to-day accounting operations through financial statements. He received his B.S. in Accounting from West Virginia University.

Dave Kidd
Vice President, Investment Services
Dave has been a sales and marketing professional for more than 24 years, having spent 15 years of his career in the financial services industry. At Mission Residential, Mr. Kidd's principal role is to provide the investment community with communications regarding current investment offerings through the company, and ensure investor satisfaction with every facet of the investment process. Prior to joining Mission Residential, Dave was a senior manager for National Conversion Systems (NCS), a targeted marketing group specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. At NCS, Dave was responsible for key client fundraising programs, managing the customer service department for the company. Prior to his affiliation with NCS, Dave was with FINOVA Realty Capital, a real estate finance division of FINOVA Capital Corp. There he served as a commercial mortgage origination specialist, providing mortgage finance services to owners and operators of various commercial property types including multifamily, manufactured housing, office and industrial properties. Prior to FINOVA Realty Capital, Dave served as a senior investment manager for Signet Bank, a large regional commercial bank in the Mid-Atlantic/ Washington DC Metro market. At Signet, he was responsible for managing a branch network of SEC licensed investment representatives serving the non-bank investment needs of the bank's clientele. Dave began his career with L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg & Tobin, a New York based investment firm, where he served as a Bank Services specialist. Thomas Casey
Vice President of Maintenance Services
Thomas "Tom" Casey, Vice President - Maintenance Services, brings 23 years of experience in the maintenance and service of commercial and multifamily housing. Prior to joining Mission Residential Management, Tom served as Vice President/National Service Manager at CAPREIT, where he oversaw maintenance, construction and capital expense improvements for over 15,000 units. At Mission Residential, Tom is responsible for continuing the high level of customer service provided by maintenance through the implementation of recruiting, training and preventative maintenance initiatives as he manages all ongoing maintenance and service issues. Tom holds a myriad of certifications, including HVAC, EPA, OSHA, mold remediation, among others. He is a licensed commercial improvement contractor registered in the State of Virginia.

Cecille Santos
Vice President of Marketing & Training
Cecille Santos, Vice President - Marketing and Training, spearheads the sales and marketing strategy for Mission Residential Management to include advertising, brand management and Internet marketing. In addition, she is responsible for developing and managing training courses to support Mission's vision. Cecille began her career in the Multifamily Housing industry over 11 years ago as a Leasing Consultant with Equity Residential and then moved into the role of Leasing Manager with Charles E. Smith Residential. Most recently, Cecille supported over 10,000 apartment homes as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Kettler Management, one of the nation's top developers of mixed-used projects in residential, commercial and retail environments. At Kettler she was responsible for developing the company's Sales Class, marketing standards, collateral for lease-ups and acquisitions and re-branding of several tax credit communities. She was chosen as the industry's "Leader in Leasing Strategies" by Multifamily Executive Magazine and American Express and has been quoted in National Apartment Association's (NAA) Units Magazine, as well as featured in NAA's Education Institutes Career In Apartment Management DVD. Cecille holds a Bachelors degree from Virginia Tech's College of Human Resources and Education, with a concentration in Residential Property Management.

Steve Gilbert
Senior Marketing and Internet Advertising Associate
Steve is responsible for integrated online brand communication, including online advertising, website development, search engine optimization, paid search campaigns, social media and cyber-marketing initiatives. Additionally, Steve manages all marketing, communication, branding, signage, collateral and advertising for newly acquired apartment communities.
Since joining the Mission team, Steve has greatly contributed to a fully integrated cyber operations platform, most notably through the development of the new Mission Residential website and use of real-time customer relationship management technology and 24/7 call center.
Prior to joining Mission Residential, Steve worked at AvalonBay Communities, Inc. where he contributed to an award winning multifamily focused cyber-marketing campaign. He holds a BSBA degree in Marketing from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, DC. He currently resides in Arlington, VA with his wife, Katrina, and is slowly making progress converting her to a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Denise Johnson
Vice President - Operations
With 27 years of property management experience, Ms. Johnson joined Mission Residential from CAPREIT, Rockville, MD, where she was an Assistant Vice President, overseeing 5,400 apartment homes in eight states. She joined CAPREIT in 1996 as a community manager. Previously, she served in management capacities with BT Properties, Hunt Management and Grubb Management. At Mission Residential, Denise is responsible for overseeing the operations of the North Carolina and Georgia Portfolio.

Michele Cathey
Regional Property Manager
Michele brings over 20 years of experience in property management to Mission Residential. Previously, she was a Regional Property Manager for Brookside Properties and Archstone Communities. In her previous roles, Michele has been responsible for on-site personnel management, owner/client relationship management and financial performance. Michele is a Board Member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. She earned her B.S. from Western Kentucky University.

Holly R. Burch
Regional Property Manager - Dallas
Mrs. Burch brings 27 years of experience in property management to Mission Residential. Previously, she was a Regional Property Manager for Chaucer Management Services and The Development Group, Inc. She served as Vice President on the Jacksonville Florida Apartment Association board and was Chairperson for the Education and Programs Committees during her tenure. Her management experience includes new construction multifamily properties, rehab interior and exterior improvements, bond financed properties, HUD 221D4 insured properties, housing voucher programs and closure management. At Mission Residential, Holly is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the North Dallas portfolio. She is a certified Regional Apartment Manager (RAM).

Dawn Aiello
Regional Property Manager - Austin
Dawn Aiello comes to Mission Residential with over 21 years of multifamily real estate experience. Dawn has held positions as a Regional Marketing and Training Specialist, Multi-site Property Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Marketing Sales Account Manager. She is experienced with rehab and lease-up properties as well as team building and motivating. She earned her CAM designation from the National Apartment Association in 1996 and more recently her NAAEI designation in 2008. She has received numerous industry awards for Manager of the Year, Property of the Year, and designate trainer of the quarter. Dawn is a long standing member of the Austin Apartment Association as well as being a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas.

Theresa Kolin
Regional Property Manager - Dallas
Theresa Kolin comes to Mission Residential with over 12 years of Multi-Family experience. Theresa has held positions as a Property Manager, Peer Trainer, Marketing Director and Special Projects Manager. She is also experienced with acquisitions, fee management sales, new construction and lease –up properties, repositioning of existing properties as well as extensive outreach marketing and as an on site trainer. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree From University of Southern Mississippi in Liberal Arts with emphasis in Public Relations and a double minor in Marketing and Management. She earned her CAM designation from the National Apartment Association in 2000. She has received industry awards for Manager of the Year, Marketing Outreach Plan of the Year and “The Encourager”. Her properties have received property of the year for three consecutive years.

Susan Davis
Regional Property Manager - North Carolina
Susan Davis joins Mission Residential with 28 years of experience in the multi-family property management industry. In her position of Regional Property Manager for North Carolina, Susan is responsible for overseeing all multi-site operations for the Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro portfolio. Prior to joining Mission Residential, Susan was a Regional Property Manager with RCP Management for 8 months working in the Fayetteville, Raleigh and Durham area as well as utilized to access properties in Georgia and Arkansas. Prior to RCP Management, she worked 27 years with Drucker & Falk, LLC in which she was a Regional Property Manager in the Raleigh, Durham, Georgia, Virginia and Florida markets during which she served in capacities as court appointed receivership, due diligence for new property assumptions, new construction and rehab. Mrs. Davis attended Methodist College and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she earned her Certified Property Manager designation. Susan is also a proud member of the Triangle Apartment Association and is a fully licensed Broker and Realtor in the state of North Carolina.
